Rec Hardship Linking Request Form 2024

If a player needs to be linked to another player for hardship purposes, a request must be made to WESCO at a special linking meeting on Monday, May 6th, starting at 6pm. If you require a player link for compelling reasons, all involved players must attend evaluations and requests must be made prior to team formation. Requests will not be approved if players do not attend Rec evaluations on May 11th or 19th. If your players are siblings, you do not need to attend the meeting in order to request the link, however please complete this linking request form so we can make a note of it.

The purpose of this form is to collect information prior to the special linking meeting held to request hardship links for the 2024 Rec season. This form is for the U10-U16 divisions only. COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT REQUEST THE LINK AND YOU MUST STILL ATTEND THE MEETING ON MAY 6TH.

COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT REQUEST THE LINK. You must attend the special linking meeting on Monday, May 6th, starting at 6pm. As you sign in to the meeting, everyone will be placed in the waiting room and admitted to the meeting one at a time to make their request. Parents may be left in the waiting room for up to an hour and a half as requests will be made in the order parents join the waiting room. PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE YOU ARE WAITING, you have not been forgotten! Your requests are important to us but we can only listen to them one at a time.
