  • I understand that I am offering this item for sale at Game Chest, LLC. (located at 2115 S Minnesota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57105) at the Blind Bid Battle Event (May 17 thru 19, 2024.) Game Chest, LLC. will attempt to sell it on my behalf at the minimum price I set in this Item Submission Form.
  • I agree to bring my items to Game Chest, LLC. between May 4 and 12, only after completing this form per each item. I retain the ownership of this item until such time as it is sold.
  • The buyer of this item will have 3 days to return it to Game Chest, LLC. if they feel the item condition is not as indicated below.
  • I understand that I will receive 70% of the sale price of my item in Game Chest store credit two weeks after the event (June 2).
  • I understand I may choose to invest more than 30% of the sale price of my item (in the amount of 50% or 100%) into the community instead, but that decision is final upon completion of this form.
  • I understand that my unsold items will be my responsibility to pick up between May 24 and June 2, after which time they will be donated.
  • I agree that the contact information listed above is correct, current, and accessible.
