SP-EAK (Suicide Prevention - Explore, Ask, Keep-safe) - 13th June 2020
SP-EAK Suicide Prevention – Explore, Ask, Keep-Safe (3.5hrs): The workshop aims to prepare participants to identify those with thoughts of suicide, respond effectively and connect them with support.

The key objectives are

To consider our attitudes around suicide
To recognise the ‘signs’ that may indicate someone is having thoughts of suicide
To talk openly about suicide with that person and how we ask about those thoughts
To understand how to listen to someone talking about suicide
To support safety (and a safety plan) with someone thinking of suicide

The cost of this course is £60 pp
