2017 Bay Area Elementary Music Conference Registration Form
Welcome to the 2017 Bay Area Elementary Music Conference! We are excited that you will be joining us. We will experience and reflect on several forms of music teaching, focusing on elementary level music education. It will be a full day (9 AM – 4 PM) of playing, singing, and dancing. Please review the information below:

Main Information:
· Saturday, October 21, 2017
· 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
· Registration is $20 payable at the event
· Full-time college students free (with current student ID)

Location:
· CSUEB Hayward Campus: 25800 Carlos Bee Blvd in Hayward
· MB (Music Building) room 1039
· MB 1039 is on the first floor
· Parking lot L is closest

What else you should know:
· Bring a lunch and wear comfortable clothes
· Try to be at CSUEB by 8:45
