Table fees are Non-Refundable, and 50% Table Deposit is required upon Acceptance. 
  Early Bird Rates are from Jan 3rd 2023, until Feb 3rd 2023. Full table fee must be paid by Feb 4th if applying for early bird rates.  
  After Feb 4th, 2023 Tables will be regular price.
