THIS FORM IS TO BE COMPLETED ONLY IF YOUR CHILD IS CURRENTLY ATTENDING FAIR LAWN PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND THERE WAS OR WILL BE A CHANGE OF ADDRESS.

This is NOT for new registrations.  If you need to register your student into the Fair Lawn School District, you must complete the online pre-registration process.

Please be patient and you will be contacted by the Superintendent's Office once your request has been reviewed and determined.

Please assume your child will be assigned to their current school of residency unless the request is granted in late summer. Genesis accounts will be updated at the end of August.
