2020 Rise Together Education Student Application
Rise Together Education (RTE) provides support and need-based scholarships to college bound Palo Alto High School students. RTE provides support by inspiring, motivating, encouraging and providing resources for students as they navigate the college preparation process and pursue their college years.

Scholarships will be awarded in April of their senior year, after the student has been accepted to a 4-year college or a 2-year community college. Individual scholarships awards will be $2500 per year for four years (paid bi-annually) for students attending a 4-year college. Students attending a 2-year community college with a direct transfer agreement will receive scholarship awards of $1000 per year for two years (paid bi-annually). If after attending community college, student attend a 4-year college, they will receive a scholarships award of $2500 per year for two years (paid bi-annually).

To be eligible for RTE support, students must qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch, and students must also have been accepted to and attending a 4-year college or a 2-year community college with a direct transfer agreement. To continue receiving scholarship awards, students must provide verification of enrollment and completion of work twice per year.
