Artist Alley Info
Artist Alley is limited to comic artists, illustrators, writers and creators. Products sold on artist alley will be limited to comics (worked on by the artist), prints, sketches, etc. Crafters are welcome to sign up for a vendor table.

Vendor tables will have limited space, approximately 3-4 ft, behind the table. Shared space between back-to-back vendors will be approximately 7-8ft. Some tables may be placed flush against the wall, these will be distributed last, unless requested.

You may request a wall space for comic walls rack, and we will fill them on a first come-first serve basis. Please keep the space restrictions in mind.

Rental Agreement
Vendors will receive 2 wristbands for a single application, to be worn at all time.

Each vendor must be set up by 10 am on the day of the event. Doors open for set up at 7 am. Each vendor is to be in operation from 10 am to 6 pm on the day of the event. Each vendor is responsible for your booth area and must be clear of trash at the end of the event.

We will contact you with payment information based on your selections, to be paid via paypal or check.

Payment must be received by June 22, 2017. No weather related refunds.

Vendors agree to hold harmless and to release from liability this shows organizers, Joe Manzo, Galactic Con & MG Events, LLC , for injury or loss of any kind to themselves, their staff or their family, either occurring within the hotel, including, but not limited to the show premises on the date(s) of the show.
