NHSOA OBSERVATION REQUEST
Thank you for taking the time to request an Observation.  Observations are a wonderful opportunity to receive feedback and mentoring.  Please fill out the information below and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that we will require at least 7 days notice in order to appropriately find a referee coach/mentor.  We cannot guarantee a coach/mentor will be available but will make every effort to get your request covered.

OBSERVATION NOTES:
There are two types of observation:
  1. Referee Observation (2-Man / 3-Man): A referee observation is designed to give you general feedback.  The referee coach/mentor will look for "big picture" issues and give you feedback on what they feel will be of greatest benefit to you in the future.  This assessment process will provide you with written feedback on your performance as well as detailed information pertaining to Critical Match Incidents (CMIs).
  2. Assistant Referee Observation (3-Man):  An Assistant Referee observation is designed to give you general feedback.  The referee coach/mentor will look for "big picture" issues and give you feedback on what they feel will be of greatest benefit to you in the future as an Assistant Referee.  This assessment process will provide you with written feedback on your performance as well as detailed information pertaining to Critical Match Incidents (CMIs).
