Children's Yoga at Ida Public Library - Spring Session
From the instructor: "Kids yoga classes are playful, fun and non-competitive. Classes will incorporate simple, fun yoga poses and mindful breathing. Through the use of games, imagination and creative expression, your child will be physically and mentally engaged. Yoga enhances flexibility, strength, coordination, concentration and general body awareness!"

There will be two independent classes for the Spring Term! Classes do not necessarily build on each other so you can attend one or both!

April 8th & May 6th from 10:30 - 11:45.

Ages 5 - 7

* Parent, Guardian, or Adult must stay on the property during the program. You are welcome to sit upstairs or outside the meeting room & relax while your child is in the program!
** There is no cost for this program!
*** You are welcome to bring your own mat, towel, or beach towel if you would like!
