This form is to be filled in if you wish to be considered for games on the Manchester Football League.

The Manchester Football League is Manchester FA's Senior Adult Male League and we welcome all referee who are looking for progression and/or those who believe that they can officiate in the highest league in Manchester.

Match Fee is: £50 (No expenses)
Lining Fee: £35 (No expenses)

All games in the league usually take place on a Saturday Afternoon at 2pm kick off with some changes.
You must be:
- Committed to regular officiating
- Professional at all times (upholding the FA's code of Conduct)
- Able to travel independently to your appointed fixtures
- Provide closed dates monthly through a Google Form sent by the secretary.

All information collected will be viewed by the appointment secretary and is used to inform appointments. You do not have to answer all questions, simply the ones marked required.
