Sending in device for diagnose/repair
Some devices can be done on the spot while others will need to do a take-in for further diagnosis.
For further diagnose, it may take about 1-3 working days depending on how many devices we have on hand and how complicated the devices are.
Diagnose is free and there are no charges for further diagnosis.
Do fill in your details( your details is kept for record base and confidential)
Select the date and time you prefer and submit.
Your appointment is confirm after you have submit.
Please submit only once!
If customer device have to be taken in for further diagnose, there will be a repair form sent to customer Whatapp.
Once you have been notified when the device is ready for collection,
do notify us when and what time you be coming down to collect them.
Do take note if devices id not collected within 30 days after notified, it will be considered abandon and disposed of. Thank you.
