Please read these policies before proceeding:
- A minimum of one week or more advance notice is required. We encourage sending your request as early as possible to secure your preferred dates. This gives the Monroe University Librarians time to prepare and schedule.
- The requesting faculty member is required to attend the entire session. The faculty member's presence in the instruction session plays a vital role, impressing upon students the importance of the skills they will be learning.
- Library instruction sessions are roughly 30-60 minutes, depending on the class period length and/or the planned activities. If faculty members feel more time is necessary, they are encouraged to schedule another library instruction for follow-up sessions.
- Library Instruction may be conducted virtual/online or in- person.
- Please complete one request per class.
