Writing For Middle Schoolers
Please answer the questions below so we can place you in the best class for you. This class develops your writing skills and focuses on how to construct different kinds of stories. Common Core rubric will be used as reference point to assist in class placement and assessment. 

There is a short writing component for your child  to complete at the end of this form. Please note this is an online class.  

Finally after filling out this assessment you will receive an email with your child's class and time placement as well as a link to set up payment. If you have any questions after filling our the form please text 6464508234 with you course and grade and detail your questions there.

ONLINE PRICING

Group Class: $100 a month (around $ 25 a session)
Class Duration: 50 mins
Outcomes: 
  1. Deeper understanding of different styles of writing.
  2. Exploration of how different authors develop a story through it's climax to the resolution
  3. Follows a syllabus that includes personal/narrative style writing, informational style writing and writing to persuade 
At the end of this cycle (usually 3-3.5 months) an evaluation will be done to determine graduation to the next grade level.

Individual Class: 200 a month (around 50 dollars a session)
Class Duration: 50 mins
Outcomes:

  1. Tailored curriculum to target specific writing pain points
  2. More time to commit on creating healthier writing habits
  3. Opportunity to improve grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, penmanship

Private In Home lessons cost an additional $40.00 a month. (Must have room where student has privacy. Cannot travel to home with dogs or cats because of staff allergies.)
