Complete this form if you are interested in your child attending the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) offered by Everett Public Schools ECEAP.  Please note ECEAP primarily enrolls families with limited income. If your family qualifies for Basic Food (food stamps) or Free or Reduced-Price School Meals, you may qualify.  After completion, an ECEAP staff member will reach out to you to talk about the program and gather additional information for your application.
