Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me!

So, the reason I do this process is because I want to set expectations with potential clients and let them know what to expect if they work with me. I've found this way I can be way more involved, build deeper relationships, and make lasting changes.

I'm assuming if you're taking the time to fill out this questionnaire: you need someone who can help you strengthen  your body and lose body fat.  Also, someone who can customize something tailored to fit for your lifestyle that's realistic and sustainable.

My programs are about teaching and (literally) giving you the essential tools needed to succeed, not just ordering you around. I tell clients it's a one-time investment. After the program, you should never need a coach or program again because I'll teach you every last trick in the book pertaining to diet and exercise, saving you so much more time and money in the long run.

My goal is only to take on clients who are very motivated to reach their goal, not just "kind of" interested. I do the best with people who are sick and tired of not being where they want to be, are action takers, and willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals.
