Green Bag Day Volunteer Sign-up (04/11/26)
Please fill out this form to sign up for volunteering at ACFB's Green Bag collection day, which will take place April 11th, from 9AM to 12PM. We ask that you arrive at 8:45 for training so we may start promptly at 9:00. 

Please also note that every volunteer should sign up INDIVIDUALLY; friends, family members, etc. must each submit their own form. This really helps us control the number of people so that we have enough, but not too many. Please note that volunteers need to be 14 years of age or older to participate in the Food Drive, unless they have made previous arrangements with the Food Bank.  For those under the age of 14, we welcome you to volunteer on our service Saturdays, which is a safer setting for young people.  Please reach out to community@ashlandcfb.org to inquire about opportunities.

If you sign up and are then unable to make it for any reason, please email Dagmar Stanfill, our food drive volunteer coordinator. (signup@AshlandCFB.org).

The majority of volunteers will work outside, standing for the entire shift, and performing some light lifting. If you are unable to volunteer the whole time, please note what works for you in the comment section at the bottom of this form and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Also, if you need reading glasses to see fine print, be sure to bring them with you.

By indicating your availability to assist us on Green Bag Day, you are agreeing to the following ACFB Volunteer waiver:

- Volunteers will follow all rules and safety protocols of the Ashland Community Food Bank.
- Volunteers will be at least 14 years or older. This environment is not safe for younger people. We LOVE having youth help in other settings at ACFB.  Please contact us for appropriate volunteer opportunities for our younger population.
- Community members act solely as volunteers (neither agent nor employee of ACFB) and release ACFB from negligence to the full extent permitted by law.
