daBoat 2020 Fitness Assessment
PA’s competitive team, daBoat, is looking for paddlers who want to push the limits and build on our strong performance from last season!  We will be focusing on overall fitness and paddling technique while maintaining the PA spirit of being fun and social!

- Indoor gym shoes
- Gym clothes
- Water bottle

** ASSESSMENT COMPONENTS **
Women:
- Max Reps, 20lbs (per hand) Dumbbell Press
   - Can go lower for a % scaled score
- Max Reps, bodyweight body rows
  - Pull-ups for a higher % scaled score
- Rowing Machine, 20s, max distance, Dampener set at 4
- Rowing Machine, 120s, max distance, Dampener set at 4

Men:
- Max Reps, 40lbs (per hand) Dumbbell Press
- Max Reps, bodyweight pull-ups
- Rowing Machine, 20s, max distance, Dampener set at 4
- Rowing Machine, 120s, max distance, Dampener set at 4
