All campers must have a completed waiver on file before participation in camp.
Though there is undoubtedly a good bit of information overlap, this Waiver is completely separate from our host site's account creation and camp registration. This Waiver is required by the 888 Monkeys LLC insurance carrier in order to run programming.
In addition, California law requires that youth sports organizations provide
concussion and head injury information sheets to parents and guardians before children begin participation. (The linked PDF info sheet is available for download from

This form provides the same basic concussion info and risks unique to circus activities as the linked PDF. After reviewing, you will be asked to acknowledge and consent to your child's participation.
