Payment is due on the first day of class (if paying for the full term) or the first class of every month (if paying monthly.)
Payment can be made by cash or cheque.
Cheques should be made out to "Steps by Bridget".
Receipts will be issued.
We require a cancellation notice of at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of class otherwise you will still be required to pay for the first monthly payment.
If you choose to cancel within 30 days of your first class you will receive a 50% refund.
If you choose to cancel after that 30 days you will not receive a refund.
Missed classes on your behalf will not necessarily result in a credit/reimbursement or a re scheduled class. If STEPS has to cancel a class we will either schedule a make up class or you will be credited/reimbursed your payment for that class.
