To help us plan and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all, please complete this form when requesting to:

  • Have lunch with your scholar, or

  • Bring in birthday items for their class.

📌 Important Reminders:

  • All requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

  • All food items must be store-bought and individually packaged.

  • Requests are subject to administrative approval and may be declined at the discretion of school administration.

  • 💚 Sibling Reminder: If you have more than one scholar at Bassette, siblings will not be allowed to leave class to eat together. Please submit a separate form if you wish to eat with more than one scholar.
