Library Card Registration

Please fill out all of the starred information.

To be eligible for a library card at no charge, you must be a resident or taxpayer of Stratham. We require each new member to show identification and proof of residency (or taxpayer status). When you register online, we will mail you the card which will verify your Stratham address. Please bring identification with you to the library when you visit for the first time.

Applying as a teacher (resident or non-resident) or student who doesn't live in Stratham? Please be sure to fill out the form to include your school association. We may require that you bring in proof of your connection to the school before we can issue a card.

Applying for a non-resident card? The annual cost is $60 and that will need to be paid at the library before you can receive a library card.

Identification:
Driver's License
Passport
Non-driver ID Card
Military ID
School ID

Stratham Residence:
Driver's License
Utility Bill
Rent Receipt
Tax Bill/Receipt
