UF Native Buzz Questionnaire

Dear Participant:

I am a PhD student at the University of Florida. As part of my research I am conducting a survey, the purpose of which is to investigate how participants in a citizen science project focused on solitary bees and wasps gain knowledge and change their behavior and attitudes toward solitary bees and wasps. I am asking you to participate in this survey because you are participating in the Native Buzz citizen science project. This survey should last no longer than 10 minutes. The questions will appear on your screen after you agree to participate in the survey. You will not have to answer any question you do not wish to answer. Only I will have access to the answers you provide including any contact information you provide in registration that I will personally transcribe, removing any identifiers during transcription. Your identity will be kept confidential to the extent provided by law and your identity will not be revealed in the final manuscript.

There are no anticipated risks, compensation or other direct benefits to you as a participant in this survey. You are free to withdraw your consent to participate and may discontinue your participation in the survey at any time without consequence.
