This form has three sections:
1) About You - Tell us who you are and what program you are affiliated with.
2) About the Opportunity - Tell us about what you're recruiting for! We will ask about:
- Whether the activity is non-partisan
- When you will begin and close recruitment
- Whether you provide an onboarding
- Whether there is a publicly available sign-up link for volunteers
3) Consent Form - Confirm that we can reach out to you with follow-up questions and share your opportunity publicly.
