Food, crafts, and/or displays -- Bring a dish from your culture to serve approximately 100 samples. Bring your own serving spoon or tongs. Plates, utensils, and napkins provided. You may optionally decorate part of the table with books, a country's flag, art, or even a hands-on craft for the kids to do. If bringing food is a financial hardship and scholarship assistance is needed, please contact
Bethany. We want you to share without worrying about your family budget!
Performance or Demonstration: music, martial arts, dance, and so on -- Sign up for a five-minute performance or demonstration slot to share a piece of your culture. If possible, it's great if this can be interactive and include audience members/students. Guests welcome! After signing up, we'll work with you to schedule your performance and review your A/V needs.
Fashion Show (great for kids!): wear clothing representative of your culture, and we'll arrange a mini-fashion show during the performances on stage.
