Colored Girls Hustle Marketplace Vendor Application - Holiday Season 2019
The Colored Girls Hustle Marketplace is a shopping experience featuring women-identified artists, creatives, and makers who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. The 2019 Holiday Marketplace will be taking place at Chashama Space to Present in Chelsea (Manhattan), New York. This is an opportunity to sell your work, connect with new audiences, and build community with other artist entrepreneurs.

We’re looking for vendors! Women of color who sell their designs, artwork, handmade goods, upcycled or vintage items, or one-on-one services are welcome to apply.* Applications are accepted and confirmed on a rolling basis. You’re encouraged to submit as soon as possible, preferably by 5pm Monday November 4th, 2019.**

Here’s the rundown:
-CGH Marketplace takes place 11am to 7pm for two weekends: Sat 12/7 - Sun 12/8, and Sat 12/14 - Sun 12/15
-Vendors will have a choice of a half space (3 feet wide), full space (6 feet wide), or an extra large space (9 feet wide).
-Set up begins each day at 9am (you must arrive no later than 10am).
-Break down must be completed by 8:30pm each day.
-Vendors who are slated to vend an entire weekend have the option to store their set up and/or merchandise overnight
-Vendor fees range from $70 to $500 depending on the size of your space and the number of days that you are selected to vend (scroll down for more info).
-Accepted vendors are required to promote the marketplace to their networks and following.

PROMOTION: I understand that, if selected, I am responsible for promoting my participation in the CGH Marketplace. This includes, but is not limited to: posts on social media, information and links in newsletters to my networks, inviting people to the online event, and more. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO: I understand that Colored Girls Hustle will hire photographers and videographers to document the CGH Marketplace.
