Your Exchange Membership operates like a subscription. You’ll have access to all the resources in the Exchange for as long as your organization maintains your membership.

Everything in The Exchange belongs to Think Tank, so we suggest you treat The Exchange resources like you would your Netflix subscription. You’re welcome to invite a friend to watch a video or look at a document with you - but please don’t share your user log-in, and don’t share content widely (such as on social media) or redistribute it outside your team or department.

Yes! We hope that you will find resources such as video clips or assessments useful for team meetings and trainings. (And we hope you will tell us how you are utilizing them!)

However, for more extended learning like mini courses, we ask that each learner has their own user log-in.
