North Star Montessori Academy Pre-K Enrollment Application 2025-2026
Admission Requirements:

The following must be turned in to NSMA Office in order to be officially enrolled: 
  1. Student's legal state birth certificate
  2. Certificate of immunizations (or waiver) from the Department of Community Health
  3. A copy of your child's most recent Well Child Exam. This MUST be signed by your child's physician. Due within 30 days from the start of classes. 
  4. Pick up PreK Enrollment Folder from NSMA to get the following: Child Information Record Form, Permission Form from PreK Handbook
  • Students must be at least 3 years old
  • Students must be fully potty trained
  • FREE for 4-year olds & Up: Student must be 4 years old on or before December 1, 2025
  • Pre-K tuition $6500/school year (August-May)
  • DHHS Payments Accepted
  • 5% Tuition discount, if paid in full prior to September 1, 2024
  • Monthly Installment plan: $650 per month for 10 months (August - May). The first payment must be paid on or before Wednesday, August 13, 2025 to reserve your child's space. 
  • Bus Transportation (for school day only-not before & after school care)
  • Before & After School Care is FREE for all PreK & GSRP PreK Students. 6:30am-8:15am and 3:30pm-5:30pm. 
  • Free Breakfast & Lunch available
