The Center for Leadership and Diversity invites scholars, practitioners, students, community members and activists to its 3rd Annual International Conference. There are tensions across the globe, and education is the forefront of this critical dialogue. The conference theme is Achieving Equity Through Radical Leadership. It provides an opportunity for conference attendees to engage in critical dialogue about equity and educational leadership to bring about sustainable change. Radical leadership challenges all forms of exclusion, decenters Eurocentricity, and values knowledge located in the community. This approach to leadership is grounded in active participation with those who have been marginalized. It focuses on the well-being of communities and offers a vision of how we might resist all forms of oppression (Dei, 2019). The Conference provides presenters with an excellent opportunity to share new ideas, research, practice and frameworks on educational leadership.
