All hire and event services require a minimum deposit 25% of the quoted hire fee, to secure the items listed on your quote, as well as the agreed date of delivery, setup or pickup of equipment. Booking deposits are non-refundable and must be paid within (5) business days of confirming a quote you receive from us with the balance to be paid in full, at least (7) days prior to the pick-up or delivery date. Please ensure that items have been cleaned prior to being picked up, or returned to us. A fee of $40 per hour may be applicable for us to clean all items with the exception of; Slushy, Soft Serve Machines, Jukebox & Linen. Damage to or the Loss of hired equipment will result in repair or replacement charges being issued to the hiree. **Joshy's Hire, it's employees and management will not be held liable for damage to property, losses or personal injury by misuse and / or the incorrect operation of equipment.** When you pick-up or have delivered and setup hired equipment you will be instructed on it's correct and safe operation. This form and the information you provide will only be used for it's intended purpose and will never be disclosed to a 3rd Party unless you have directed us to, or it is required to provide you with a service supplied from another business or partner of Joshy's Hire.
