Corporate Innovation Summit 2020: Refund Request

Due to the progression of COVID-19 and as we prioritize the safety of our attendees, we have decided to move Corporate Innovation Summit 2020 to an online format. In a change to the Ticket Terms and Conditions, all valid tickets purchased for Corporate Innovation Summit 2020 are automatically transferred to Corporate Innovation Summit 2021 and are eligible for Corporate Innovation 2020 LIVE.

Purchased customers should receive the update and confirmation email for Corporate Innovation Summit 2020 LIVE and ticketing transferring to Corporate Innovation 2021 according to the conditions above by Friday, 31st July 2020.

However, all Ticket Holders are as well as eligible for a refund on the following conditions:
• You must complete the Refund Request form by August 14, 2020 (Refund Deadline).
• Only the original purchasers are eligible for refunds under this policy. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment was received (for example, a credit card payment will refund to the same credit card account number) within 90 days of completing the refund request (Ticket holder will be eligible for extra cost occurred from cross-country transferring). If you have purchased a ticket and haven’t yet received information on how to access the Refund Request form please email
• Refund Request must proceed through RISE only, Refund Request generated from third-party partners such as banks or ticketing platforms will not be validated.
• Your ticket will be automatically transferred to Corporate Innovation Summit 2021 and eligible to access Corporate Innovation Summit 2020 LIVE unless you have applied for a refund before the Refund Deadline.

Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within 90 days to the original means of payment. Please note that the completion time of the refund process is subjected to the bank or card issuer's policy.
