AHM Vendor Application 2017
Thank you for your interest in the Aurora Holiday Market hosted by Aurora Community Church of the Nazarene. This is our fourth year to host this event, and we are anticipating that the event will be an even greater success than previous years. We are really looking forward to receiving and reviewing your application. We are not a peer-reviewed craft fair and are looking forward to host a variety of family-friendly booths. At this time, we are not accepting applications of home-based consultant companies (i.e. Scentsy, Jamberry, Pampered Chef, etc.) We are accepting applications until Sunday, September 17, 2017 . We are holding all applications until the deadline. All applicants will be notified of our decision by Saturday, September 22, 2017. If you are accepted, you must pay your entry fee by the due date listed in the email, or your booth space will not be held.

The 4th Annual Aurora Holiday Market will be on Saturday, November 4, 2017, from 9:00am - 4:00 pm at Aurora Nazarene Church – 1900 N. 175th St. – Shoreline, WA 98133. To give you an opportunity to set up, vendors can come to the church on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. On event day, the doors will open for vendors at 8:00am.

AHM hosts a yearly raffle. This year, all proceeds from the raffle will go to support World Vision , whose global mission is "to promote human transformation and seek justice." Feel free to check out this amazing organization at their website: www.worldvision.org. We truly hope you will be willing to donate one of your amazing items to help out this globally-minded, social justice organization.

AHM charges a booth fee based on table length or designated space . Half booths, full booths, and double booths all have tables provided. If you choose the "Build Your Own Booth", there is no table - just the specified space taped off.
Please select premium option: *
This year, we are happy to offer some premium options. All of these options are available on a limited-basis. If there is more interest than amenities, the premium options will be allocated based on when we receive your application (first come - first granted). If you need an electrical outlet, please choose that option. Premium space is located next the the entry and down the main corridor. *Note - this option is not available to "Build Your Own Booth" due to traffic flow.
Event Advertising
We are always looking for new ways to bring in more people to the holiday market - Any suggestions you have will help ALL The vendors be successful at the event - we promise to have our event coordinators look into all of your suggestions (and more).
