Experience Japan Amateur Performers Application Form
Information for Stage Performers

There are small number of spots for amateur performers to take part in the Experience Japan Festival Day 2019. Please note that everything you contribute to this festival will be on a voluntary basis. Experience Japan wants to build bridges of cultural understanding between the peoples of Japan and Ireland showing the local Japanese community’s appreciation toward their Dublin home and help stronger connections among the different communities.

The Main Festival Day in the Farmleigh Estate is planned for Sunday 7th April from 12-4pm.

Stage Performers:
• Applicants must provide supporting materials as described below
• Stage slots are strictly 10 minutes. This includes preparation time on the main stage. Performers must be able to adjust this length of performance, as well as the number of participants.
• Please note that there is a limited sound system
• All other equipment and props must be provided by the performers

Deadline for Applications: Thursday 28th February 2019

The Experience Japan Festival Committee 2019 will make the final decision on the selected performers. Chosen performers will be contacted via e-mail by mid-March.

• 3 high resolution images of your team plus your logo (if available)
• If your performance is a new work, then please describe in detail giving as much information as possible
