Fayson Lakes Association - Maintenance Request
The purpose of this form is to enable Fayson Lakes Association members to request that a new maintenance item be added to the maintenance backlog for Board of Trustees review, discussion, and prioritization.

Before submitting your request, please review our existing maintenance list to confirm that your item has not already been identified:

The Maintenance Trustee will generally provide initial acknowledgment of this request within 48-72 hours of it being submitted, and will follow-up with you after your request has been reviewed by the Board of Trustees.
