Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be a senior student at a Title I high school or an International equivalent high school.

2. Must be graduating in Spring 2021 of the award year and enrolling as a full-time student in an
accredited college or university in the fall of the same year.

3. Must have a minimum 2.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate financial need.

All submissions are due on or before Sunday, February 27, 2021, in one electronic submission; this includes
the application, essay, goal statement, letters of recommendation and official transcripts. Please plan to collect your documentation and email your submission accordingly. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Upsilon Theta Zeta Chapter will not accept electronic submissions February 27, 2021

• Essay- This essay is your opportunity to tell us about yourself and explain why you should be selected to receive this scholarship. Your written essay should clearly demonstrate experiences or accomplishments in 300 words
• Two (2) letters of recommendation
• Official high transcripts
