Winter is well on its way; this order form is your passport to world-class meats now that the busy market season has officially come to a close. We hold markets at our garage every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4pm - 6pm at 750 Montei Drive, Earlysville VA 22520.

PASTURE-RAISED EGGS
Raised on grass and supplemented by non-GMO feed from Sunrise Farms. It's winter and the hens are slowing down on their egg production, so we can only offer a dozen eggs reserved at a time, though more may be available when you arrive!

FOREST-FED PORK
Our pigs are raised in oak hickory forest, spending their days clearing out invasives like blackberry and honeysuckle, as well as saplings of younger trees that, in quantities too large, will ultimately degrade the health of the forest. This keeps our forest floor clear, promoting big healthy oaks that drop lots of acorns for the hogs to feast on in Fall. Our pigs are also occasionally deployed to pastures to renovate dead grass or prepare seedbeds for new gardens. The pigs' woodland foarges are supplemented with milk, cheese, and whey from our two dairy goats, and a non-GMO grain ration from Sunrise Farms in Stuarts Draft, VA.

PASTURE-RAISED CHICKEN
Chickens and ducks are the backbone of our fertilizer program, and are the reason we never have to apply a drop of imported fertilizer to our fields, gardens, or forests - chemical or otherwise. These birds range over our main 13-acre field at Adventure Farm, eating grass, insects, worms, and a non-GMO grain ration from Sunrise Farms in Stuarts Draft, VA.
