Go Mt. Airy Event Vendor Interest Form
Mt. Airy CDC is planning several events across Spring and Summer 2019 where craft vendors and artisans can sell their goods. Specifically, Go Mt. Airy Monday Markets and Supper Sessions, each monthly events beginning in May and running through October.

GO MT. AIRY MONDAY MARKET: Once a month on the third Monday, 4–10pm, we're setting up at Lovett Park (6945 Germantown Avenue, adjacent to Lovett Memorial Library) to host a brand new market. It will include food trucks, a beer garden, live music, kids activities, and your tables. The slotted dates are all Mondays: May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, and October 21. (PLEASE NOTE: There are no rain dates. In the event of rain, Monday Market will be canceled.)

GO MT. AIRY SUPPER SESSIONS: Once a month on the first Wednesday (July will be the second Wednesday on account of the Fourth), 5–10pm, the 7100 block of Germantown Avenue returns to the people. At Supper Sessions, food and drink are the draw, as all the restaurants and bars come out into the street, food trucks add to the action, and thousands of people stroll the avenue - past your tables and booths. This year's dates are: June 5, July 10, August 7, September 4, and October 2. (Again, in the event of rain, Supper Sessions will be canceled.)

VENDOR FEES AND INFORMATION:
• Go Mt. Airy Monday Market: Fee per event: 10x10 space is $50, vendor responsible for supplying their own table.
• Supper Sessions on the Avenue: Fee per event: 10x10 space is $75, vendor responsible for supplying their own table.

ADD-ON SERVICES (available for both Monday Market and Supper Sessions):
• 6-foot table rental from Mt. Airy CDC is $20 (per event)
• Setup for your own tent or booth is $20 (per event)

All vendors will be required to have licenses/permits in compliance with city and state regulations. At minimum this includes business license, seller’s permit, and Tax ID number.

Spaces are limited to 10 vendors for Monday Markets and 20 for Supper Sessions. If you are interested in reserving a space, please complete the interest form below. Payment is not required at this time. Invoices will sent once your application is reviewed and accepted. We will try to accommodate as many artisans and vendors as possible, while striving to maintain a diverse offering of crafts and goods to the community.
