This year ElixirConf™ will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, WA, September 5-8.
At the worlds largest ElixirConf, we are looking for speakers with something interesting to say about Elixir, whether you are just beginning with Elixir or are an advanced Elixir developer. Please enter your information below. If you need help in deciding on a topic, below are a few categories you may want to consider.
- Elixir and Concurrency (OTP) - Elixir and Coding Best Practices - Elixir and Functional Programming - Elixir and Bioinformatics or Big Data - Elixir and Meta Programming (Ecto, etc) - Elixir and Embedded Systems (Nerves, etc) - Elixir Internals (Compiling Elixir, BEAM, etc) - Elixir and Web Frameworks (Phoenix, Plug, etc) - Elixir and Databases (SQL and Non-SQL databases) - Elixir and Data (ETS tables, CRDTs, data streaming, etc) - Elixir/Erlang and Development Tools (mix, dialyzer, Credo, QuickCheck, etc)
Speaker proposals must be submitted by May 28, 2017 at midnight CDT.

# Speaker and CFP Details
ElixirConf™ US 2017 is a multi-track conference.
Speaking slots are for 40 minutes, and include optional Q&A.
Speaker proposals are preferred for single speaking positions. Multi-speaker talks will need to receive special approval from the speaker selection committee.
All speakers and talks are expected to conform to the ElixirConf™ CoC and to refrain from the use of profanity in written or verbal form. Please refer to ElixirConf.com for the full CoC.
Accepted speakers will receive free entrance into the conference. This speaker privilege does not extend to training classes or hotel accommodations. Accepted multi-speaker speakers will be admitted for the cost of food and beverage. (Note: If you are selected as a speaker and have a financial hardship preventing you from attending, please let us know. ElixirConf can provide financial assistance to speakers in need to ensure they are able to attend.)
