The South Perry Street Fair is committed to bringing in diverse, high quality vendors and having unique performances by local artists. The South Perry Street Fair would love to have you as a vendor! Additionally, we are open to ideas, and love collaborating on special programs and personalized events. Our goal is to raise money from our street fair to maintain and improve our district and hopefully provide needed donated funds for nonprofits doing work in the South Perry District.

Street Fair Location: The South Perry District, Spokane, WA., on Perry Street between 9th & 13th Ave + private parking lots along those blocks

Estimated Attendance: 10,000 - 15,000

Date: Saturday, July 18, 2020

Set up: Begins at 7:00 am – all vehicles must be off Perry St. by 9:30 am

Street Fair: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Kid's Fair: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Music: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Tear down: 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm - no vehicles on Perry St. until 7:30 pm

Application Deadlines and Information
March 10: priority selection begins

March 15: vendor application open to new vendors

June 1: vendor booth pricing increased

June 30: final vendor application submissions

Once your application is submitted, it will be sent to the South Perry Street Fair Vendor Coordinators.

NEW VENDORS: You must submit photos of your booth / merchandise to assist in both vendor approval and booth placement. Email them to streetfair@southperry.org. Make sure to have the name of your business / booth in the subject line.

We will begin contacting accepted vendors with payment options after March 15, 2020. Payment is due 10 days from notification. Booth fees are non-refundable. New vendors must pay by check, cashier's check, or money order. Returning vendors may also pay online.
