Fowler Flag Football Registration - Fall 2021
Parents: We need participation by kids (boys and girls) and support from parents. Please complete one form for each child (boy or girl) in your family who wants to participate. This form, for each player MUST be completed by Friday, July 2nd, 2021. Regular season games will be held on Mondays, beginning September 14th through October 11th. October 18th and 25th will be the playoffs and the championship game.

PLEASE NOTE: Teams are chosen at random so "carpooling" requests will not be accepted.

REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00 for your first child and $20 for each additional child in the family. The fee can be sent via Venmo (@FowlerFlagFootball) or mailed to 11423 Blue Spruce Drive, Fowler, MI 48835 (Checks should be made payable to: Fowler Youth Football)

Waiver: Fowler Public School, coaches and the volunteers will be waived of any responsibility regarding injury that occurs while participating in Flag Football. This program is a non-tackle sport and is only being used as a learning tool for the Fowler Eagle football players of the future. Checking the box below is your electronic consent. *

In order to build a successful program, we need the help of parents or other adults to volunteer as referees and coaches. If interested in helping, please put your name, email and phone number below. To those interested, we will have one scheduled referee meeting prior to the start of the season and one scheduled coaches meeting. *
