As a consideration to our marketing team, and the other residents in the neighborhood, if you decline to have it installed to your home please let us know through this questionnaire.

Omsoft and Pacific Utility Construction have completed the fiber Internet cable build in North Davis Meadows, and have available fiber capacity for your homes. The cost to install a dedicated fiber port to each home in the neighborhood  is $210,000.  Our deployment in North Davis Meadows has allowed us to revise our assessment of installation costs, to create a better cost proposition for the neighborhood than when originally presented in 2019. Your neighborhood gets below grade fiber optic cable, and each home a dedicated fiber laser or  active Ethernet fiber optic connection. This is the best in class type fiber deployment,  which will last decades. This cost could be shared by up to 55 homes, but 30 signed contracts are required to build fiber optic telecommunications to the neighborhood.
