With grants from our family of Unrestricted Funds, the KCF aims to support projects of nonprofit organizations that align with the Foundation’s mission: “To lead, serve and collaborate with donors to create enduring philanthropy.”
2025 grants from KCF Unrestricted Funds intend to prioritize programming that enhances public health and safety, fosters environmental sustainability and advances workforce development/career readiness. Priority consideration will likewise demonstrate:
- Collaboration between two or more organizations that plan and deliver projects that offer creative solutions or ideas.
- Additional funding sources beyond what is received through a KCF Unrestricted Funds Grant.
NOTE: While there is no dollar limit on grant requests, in 2025 the maximum amount awarded through the KCF Unrestricted Grant cycle will be $7,000.
