Thank you for your interest in the CAAHP Student Health Professions Fair. At the present time we are no longer accepting reservations. However, you are still welcome to attend.

Registration opens at noon on Saturday, March 23rd in the Des Plaines room of the Embassy Suites - Magnificent Mile hotel.

Upon arriving at the Columbus Street Entrance, adjacent to the Bell desk take the elevators to
the MEETING LEVEL (designated as ML on the elevator). Exit the elevator, turn left.

The Schedule
12N – 1:15pm – Check-In in Des Plaines River room.

12:15 – 1:30pm all students are required to attend the “Getting the Most Out of a Health Professions Fair” introductory session offered in 15 minutes slots once students have registered. This session will take place in Illinois River room (adjacent to Des Plaines). This session will provide you with guidance and advice on how to make a great first impression at a fair, and how to get the most out of your time at the fair.

1:00 – 3:00pm – Health Professions Fair
Doors to the fair will open for students at 1:00pm.

Please wear business casual clothing (no sweatpants, leggings, jeans, etc.) A formal suit is not necessary. Please take public transportation if possible. If driving, recommend using SpotHero or another similar service for cheaper parking than the hotel garage.
