Meal Order Form - Sept. thru Dec. 2020
Weekly meal orders must be entered no later than the Monday of the current week by 8:00 am.

Meals are to be picked up by the Student and/or Parent/Guardian between 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm from the District Office, Door #8.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Any child 18 years old and younger who meets one of the following requirements:
> Enrolled in the Randolph School District as a full-time virtual learner.
> Non-school age children who are residents of the Randolph School District.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE DAILY:
> A sacked lunch and breakfast, you can view the "Virtual Menus" on our www.rsdwi.org website under District, then Menus, in the Right Hand Column.

**Meals will be need refrigeration. They will come with instructions for cooking them at home. There will be no modifications or substitutions.**

Meals will be available on student in-session school days following the Randolph School District 2020-2021 School Year Calendar.

If you choose not to participate and have already signed up, please call the District Office (920) 326-2427 to be removed off the meal list.
