SEED LIBRARY Order Request

Welcome to the Alvah N. Belding Library FREE Seed Library!

NEW! This year. SEED PACK KITS! Make some of your favorite recipes with our seed kits. Each kit contains 3-4 types of seed that you can grow and harvest to make a classic dish.

Each library card is limited to 2 seed pack kits and 2 single seed packets. Seed packets contain enough seeds to start at least 2-3 plants.

Seed orders will be processed within 1-2 days of your order and must be PICKED UP at the library within one week of order, or orders will be released. You will not be contacted about your order unless there is an issue with your card.

The best indoor planting period for Michigan is mid-March to early April.

SEED KITS (Choose up to 2 kits per library card)

Each seed kit contains the types of seed indicated next to the seed name, and contain enough seeds to successfully start at least 2 plants each.
