Farm Garden In A Wheelbarrow
The Sacramento County Fair is offering free educational material for use
in your class to educate your students on the source of food and fiber. The program is open to public, private or charter schools, preschools, home school groups, after school programs or 4-H clubs. Minimum of 8 students please.
We will also provide a free wheelbarrow, seeds, soil and teaching materials
to plant a salad garden.
* If you are new to the program, attend a brief workshop and receive these materials in exchange for an agreement to have the students exhibit their results.
*If you are returning to the program, stay for a very brief reminder of the program in exchange for additional materials.
Class awards will be given for the “winners” in each class.
Please complete and return this form by Friday, February 1st, 2020.
If more than one teacher from your school is participating, please fill out a form for each teacher.
