The TACUSPA 2026 Conference Planning Team is excited to invite members to serve on one of three committees that make our annual conference possible! Each committee is led by the Conference Co-Chairs and supported by volunteer subcommittee leads who help carry out key projects. Committee members collaborate throughout the year to design meaningful programming, strengthen engagement, and create an outstanding attendee experience.

Full Committee General Responsibilities
  • Attend and actively participate in regularly scheduled virtual committee meetings (once every 4-6 weeks).
  • Respond to emails and communication from committee chairs and members in a timely manner.
  • Complete assigned tasks and meet established deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively and respectfully with other committee members, chairs, and overall conference planning team.
  • Keep internal planning discussions, proposals, and sensitive information confidential.
  • If possible, plan to attend the TACUSPA 2026 Conference in person.
  • Expect to serve from November 2025 through the conclusion of the 2026 conference, with varying levels of activity (more intensive work typically beginning in June 2026).
