Dear parent/guardian,

This is an application form for admission and does not constitute an offer of a place, implied or otherwise. Use of the word ‘student’ throughout this Application Form does not imply that the person on whose behalf this application is being made is regarded as a having been accepted as a student of Gairmscoil Mhic Diarmada.

Completed applications will be accepted from:
12pm 13/11/2025
The closing date for receipt of applications is:
12pm 05/12/2025

Applications received after 12pm 05/12/2025 for first year 2026 will be deemed late applications.

Please ensure you return the following documentation to the school before 12pm 05/12/2025 to complete the application:

-Recent proof of address (only registered utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months and in the name of the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be accepted). Please write the name of the student on the document.
-An original long birth-certificate (together with a copy)

Offers will be made to 16 successful applicants by 5th of December by email.
We will correspond by email to the primary email given on receipt of application.
Please check all spam junk folders during this period.

Offers must be accepted by 19th of December to secure your place.
If offers are not accepted by the 19th of December the offer will be withdrawn and offered to the next applicant on the waiting list.

Unsuccessful applications will receive a letter stating their place on the waiting list.
