The Intensive cost is $1900/person.  After submitting your registration, you will receive an invoice for payment, that also includes a QR Code to make a credit card payment, from the Center for RelationaLearning. We will share the registration list that includes your name, position, organization name, and email address with the Intensive participants. This will allow everyone to see who we will be learning long with and enable the group to stay connected after the Level II Intensive.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full Payment of Program Fees:
Program Fees must be paid in full by 15 days prior to the start of the Intensive.  If payment is not received, you will jeopardize your place in program.

Hotel Santa Fe Accommodation Requirements:
In order to receive the special room rate for Intensive participants, room reservations must be made 30 days prior to the beginning of the program. Hotel cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your participation 30 days before the start of the Intensive you will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the program fees. If you cancel your participation less than 30 days prior to the start of the program you will be eligible of 40% of the program fees.  Once the Intensive has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

We value your commitment and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and payment policies.  These policies are necessary to maintain the financial stability of our organization and to ensure a successful and impactful program for all participants.

Program Change Agreement
In the unlikely event that the Center for RelationaLearning needs to cancel the program, the participant's registration fee will be applied toward the registration of a future Intensive or refunded accordingly.

The Center for RelationaLearning will not be responsible for losses incurred due to cancellations, including travel, accommodations or other program-related expenses or fees.
