Set Up: Arrive 30 minutes early, assist with setting up tables/signs/etc.

Greeters/Door Attendants/Ushers: Welcome Attendees, direct folks to proper sign ins and facilities

Sign-in: check people in and bring a computer with you (if possible)

Working Group Table Coordinator: Staff the working group sign-up form at a laptop throughout the meeting

Merch Table Attendants: Set up and staff merch table, act as cashier, keep a tally of items sold

Snacks/Beverages/Flatware: Coordinate to bring plates, cups, napkins, light refreshments to the meeting

Clean Up Crew: Help to clean up the space at the end of the meeting.

Time keeper: help make sure we stick to the agenda!

Opening the meeting with a short "hype statement" ("Welcome to DSA, the largest socialist org...")

Vote and ballot counting

Preparing printed materials

Any of the above!
